Working closely with individuals, arts organizations, youth organisations and local high schools, Y-culture provides opportunities for young people (12 – 25 yrs) to become more involved in the WCG, with artists and their practices, and the art world at large.

The Y-culture initiative emphasises skills development across a range of disciplines and includes forums, mentor programs, exhibitions, and visual arts / music / performance / creative writing hybrid projects

TOYDEATH WORKSHOPS
Free workshops for young artists, musicians or anyone 913-24) interested in electronics will be held in July at wollongong City Gallery and Wollongong Youth Centre.

At the end of the workshop series, there will be a live performance where participants can join in and play their creations!
